By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. ABOUT LIFETOON

Lifetoon is a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and purchase digital and physical comic-style stories. These stories are created based on the content and information you provide and may include AI-generated elements. Orders may be fulfilled using third-party print-on-demand providers and shipped internationally.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Platform. If you are between 13 and 16 years old, you may only use the Platform with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13.

3. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings on the Platform, subject to applicable data retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
